Please Note: Bookings are essential and a cancellation policy applies.
Due to high demand, we have a 2-hour cancellation policy in place:
- If you cancel within 2 hours of your booking or don’t show up, the full amount will be charged.
- We provide credits if you cancel at least 2 hours before your booking or if your lesson is cancelled due to wet weather.
- Please kindly note that refunds are not available.
For same-day court hire changes or cancellations, please call us at 02 9977 6023, as we don’t monitor emails 24/7.
While we try our best to accommodate specific court requests, we can’t guarantee particular courts. We may need to adjust bookings to ensure everyone can play.
