Bookings are essential (as we often get fully booked) and a cancellation policy applies.
2 hour cancelation policy. All cancellations within 2 hours or if you don’t show for your booking will be charged in full. Credits will be provided for customers who give a minimum of 2 hours or if their lesson is cancelled due to wet weather. We are unable to provide refunds.
Please call us on 02 9977 1307 for same day court hire changes/cancellations as the email is not monitored 24/7.
Unfortunately, we cannot promise particular courts when you book. We will do our best to accommodate your requests but sometimes we need to swap bookings around to fit everyone in.
At Keirle Park, we have a yearly membership option which entitles you to unlimited court hire any day (Monday to Sunday) between sunrise and 9am and 12-3pm Monday to Friday (subject to court availability; bookings essential).
Cost: $264 per person per year. As part of the membership, you agree to pay an additional $6.50 per person per court hire for non-member friends/family to join you.
Conditions:
Membership is valid for 1 financial year. Courts are subject to availability and is on a ‘first in first served’ basis. Book early to avoid disappointment. Bookings cannot be made more than 14 days in advance.
Under no circumstances are members permitted to use their access to the courts to conduct private or group lessons to other players or bring in a coach not employed by Keirle Park to run for them a private or group lesson. Any members found in breach of this rule will have their membership revoked immediately and no refund for the remainder of the year will be given.
Bookings are essential and must be booked by 5pm the previous day by calling the Manly office on 9977 1307.
Friends and family must be accompanied by a member and $6.50 per person per court hire fee must be prepaid in advance.
Your name or membership number must be quoted when booking and you must indicate wether or not you’re playing with another member. If you don’t we will assume you are playing with a non member and you will be charged the $6.50 fee.
Court hire for members is available every day with the exception of Christmas Day and Boxing Day as the club is closed. The Monday – Friday 12-3pm members time slot is not available on public holidays or during school holiday camps but members may still play between sunrise and 9am subject to court availability.
